Cebu Province Winners (Governor, Vice Gov., Board Members & Representatives)

Incumbent Governor of Cebu Province, Gov. Hilario Davide III is currently leading in the gubernatorial race of the country's richest-vote province of Cebu. His running-mate and incumbent Vice Governor Agnes Magpale is also leading in the latest official results of the COMELEC in the Province of Cebu.


The Liberal Party member Gov. Hilario Davide III got more than 603,000 votes for Governor while his closest rival Winston Garcia of 1Cebu Party got 581,000 votes. The other gubernatorial candidates Boyet Cortes, Desiderio Estinozo, Boy Lido Patalinghug and Nito Magnanao failed to get considerable number of votes in the province of Cebu.

In the Vice Gubernatorial race, incumbent vice-governor Agnes Magpale got more than 705,000 votes compared to her closest rival Nerissa Soon-Ruiz who only got more 472,000. According to COMELEC more than 98.33% were already processed or a total of 2.2 million votes out of 2.7 registered voters.





The Comelec also noted that the leading Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members in various Provincial Districts in Cebu Province were listed below:

Cebu First Provincial District:
1. Yoly Daan (NP) - 132,000
2. Raul Bacaltos (IND) - 103,000

Cebu Second Provincial District:
1. Edsel Galleon - 52,000
2. Tata Salvador - 46,911

Cebu Third Provincial District:
1. Tata Corominas - 106,000
2. Alex Binghan - 98,000

Cebu Fourth Provincial District:
1. Sun Shimura - 96,000
2. Raci Franco - 78,000

Cebu Fifth Provincial District:
1. Migs Magpale - 113,325
2. Jude Durano Sybico - 113,166

Cebu Sixth Provincial District:
1. Glenn Bercede - 104,000
2. Teddy Ouano - 103,000

Cebu Seventh Provincial District:
1. Jerome Librando - 52,000
2. Dong Baricuatro - 46,000
