Ira Panganiban Rants on Media's Non-Attention of 500,000 Surrendered Users Went Viral

Veteran journalist and former reporter of ABS-CBN, Ira Panganiban made another headlines on social media as he shared his rants on social media because of the media's non-attention of more than half-a-million surrendered users and pushers but they focused on other things.

According to Ira Panganiban he also don't like the alleged extrajudicial killings happening in the country today. He just wanted to get those people involved in various illegal activities to go to jail.

But one of the most interesting statement posted by Panganiban was his question about the huge attentions given to those pusher and drug dealers being killed instead of focusing more on people who surrendered.

The journalist noted that the more than 400 pushers and dealers who get killed got the attentions of almost all national media but nothing is heard over the half-a-million users and pushers who surrendered to authorities that really needs help not only from the government but also from national media.

Syet da pwet!!!

Ayoko ng patayan. Linawin ko lang yan!!!

Mas gusto ko ikulong yang mga kriminal na yan kung puwede!!!

Pero ang hindi ko maintindihan ay sa laki ng atensiyon sa mga napapatay na pusher at dealer, bakit parang walang importansya sa mga sumusuko at nais magbagong mga adik at user?
Really!!! 400+ pushers and dealer killed and we all go batty!!!

Over 500,000 users/pushers and growing surrender and nothing is heard about what to do with them!!!

Alam natin na nagreklamo na ang mga local government units dahil wala silang rehabilitation facilities para sa mga ito!

Pero kahit ganun, parang kulang ang ingay para sa tulong sa kanila!!!

These are the guys that need our attention as much as those killed do too. Because these guys need to be weaned out of their substance dependency and assisted in the effort to return to normal life!!!
Pero wala!!! Sila pa ang napapagtripan ng mga skalawag na pulis!!!

Huwag po ninyong kalimutan, over half a million drug dependents are trying to get back to normal life because of their belief in the government campaign. 

If they are not given the help they need and the campaign ends, or the man they fear is gone, imagine over half a million of them going back to their old ways!!!

Imagine the impact of this and tell me if it is not as fearful as the ongoing killings??
