The bullet train linking the Philippines will be financed by the European Financial Intermediary. With the highly anticipated construction of a bullet train in the Philippines it will be a big boost to the country's economy.

Once implemented and approved by the Duterte administration, the Filipino people from different parts of the country can now travel safely even without using some most common mode of transport such as ships and airplanes.

The European Union financiers already attempted to present their project during the Aquino administration but the negotiations failed because of a huge amount of kickbacks but not until Pres. Duterte came into office.
