The lower floor of the double-decker buses features a cabin with CR, cooler, lounge, flat screen TV monitors with KTV functions. The Transport Department revealed that the yellow buses is operated by Froehlich Tours. It offers a 50-percent on weekends, the DoTr said on their official Twitter account.

Point-to-point double buses currently plying in EDSA are also PWD-friendly, equipped with CCTV cameras, nd passed Euro 5 emission standards. This is one of the measures being implemented by the national government to ease chronic traffic jams in the capital of 12 million people.

Based upon the study of Japanese firm, the Philippines is losing at least P2.4 billion in daily economic losses and one of the reason why Pres. Duterte has sought "emergency powers," from lawmakers is to address the problem.
