President Rodrigo Duterte is indeed a man of his words because he slowly fulfilled his promise to take actions for a speedy transactions in various government agencies.
One of the video proof was posted online by Facebook user Benjamin Eugenio who claimed that under President Duterte he was able to renew his Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license as a Professional teacher in a record-breaking four (4) hours.
According to the concerned netizen before the Duterte administration it will take three (3) days for him to renew his PRC license.
Eugenio was very thankful to the administration of Pres. Rody Duterte for fulfilling his promise of faster government transactions.
