Gen. Bato De Rosa's Brilliant Answer to Wire-Tapping Allegations of Sen. De Lima Drew Laughter Inside the Senate

Senator Leila De Lima the Chairman of the Philippine Senate Justice Committee made headlines anew after her question to PNP Chief Gen. Ronaldo "Bato" Dela Rosa was answered brilliantly the PNP Chief and even drew laughter from the crowd inside the Senate Hall.

Sen. Leila De Lima insisted that her phone calls and cellphone communications were tapped by some capable groups and reasoned out that her intense fight against extra-judicial killing might be culprit why some people wire-tapped her.

According to the Liberal Party member senator, there are some people who informed her that for such a long time she was under surveillance by wire-tapping her calls.

The Senator even questioned everybody if she was a terrorist or a protector of drug syndicates that her cell phone communications be wire-tapped.

For the PNP Chief, instead of answering the question asked by Sen. De Lima, Gen. Bato Dela made a very impressive statement that drew laughter even they were inside the Senate Hearing on extra-judicial killings.

According to Gen. Dela Rosa, he also suspected that his own cellphones and any other communication lines were also tapped so the senator should not worry because they were both victims of wire-tapping.
