(Exclusive Video) Sen. Trillanes Meets Edgar Matobato Before the Senate Hearing

One of the country's most controversial and unpopular senator on social media, Sen. Antonio Trillanes admitted in an exclusive interview of DZRH News TV that he already met senate witness Edgar Matobato even before the senate hearing on extra-judicial killing.

DZRH News TV released an exclusive video wherein they interviewed Sen. Trillanes who admitted that it was not the first time that he met with the 57-year-old self-confessed Davao Death Squad member who testified against Pres. Duterte.

Based on the video interview of DZRH, Sen. Trillanes clearly stated that he had a meeting with Matobato before the senate hearing and admitted that Sen. De Lima asked him to secure and brought Matobato to the senate.

"DZRH Anchor Dennis Antenor Jr.: First time n'yo raw pong nakita si Mr. Matobato?"
"Sen. Trillanes: Hindi po, nakita ko na po siya at may idea na ko kung ano ang sasabihin niya pero ung entirety ng kanyang testimonya na hindi ko alam na ganun."
"DZRH: Kino-confirm niyo po nakausap niyo na po sia, nagkaroon na po kayo ng meeting bago pa yong kahapon Mr. Senator?"
"Sen. Trillanes: Opo, nakipag-usap si Senator De Lima kung paano ise-secure at pano dadalhin sa senado. So, ginawan po naming paraan 'yun para makarating siya."
"DZRH: Mula sa Pangasinan? o yun lang?
"Sen. Trillanes: Hindi, dito sa Quezon City lang."
