Sen. Leila De Lima Emotional at CBCP Mass During Jaybee Sebastian's Testimony (Photos & Video)

Former Justice Secretary and newly-elected Senator Leila De Lima joined an event at the Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) chapel and was seen emotional as captured by various news media outlets. The emotional Leila De Lima was seen crying during the mass, which coincides with the time when VIP Inmate Jaybee Sebastian was giving his testimony at the House of Representatives.

Sen. Leila De Lima attended the CBCP mass in commemoration of the World Day Against Death Penalty with some officials of the Commission on Human Rights. During one part of the mass as seen on a video, Sen. De Lima was so emotional during the event.

The emotional senator was seen on a video and some photos which were posted by various news media outlets who keeps on reporting the activities of Sen. Leila De Lima.

The video and photos of Sen. De Lima showing her emotions got some mixed reactions from his supporters and non-supporters but most of the comments came from Pro-Duterte netizens.

Some netizens showed their dismay and disbelief on De Lima's latest emotional gestures which were captured and reported by various news media in the Philippines.

During the House of Representatives Hearing, VIP Inmate Jaybee Sebastian admitted that he gave a total of P10 million to former Justice Secretary Leila De Lima to support her candidacy during the 2016 national elections.
