Jaybee Sebastian Claims Leila De Lima as Lier Because He's Not a Government Asset

Sen. Leila De Lima admitted during previous interviews that the reasons why high-profile inmate Jaybee Sebastian was not included in the detention of the Bilibid 19 Inmate was because of the fact that he is a government agent. The statement of Sen. De Lima backfired when Jaybee Sebastian himself told that House Committee on Justice that the former DOJ Secretary is a liar.

According to Jaybee Sebastian he is not a government asset as claimed by Sen. Leila De Lima during previous interviews when asked about his connections with Sebastian.

During the House Committee on Justice hearing, NBP Inmate Jaybee Sebastian of the Sigue Sigue Commando Gang denied Sen. De Lima's claim of being a government asset.

When a member of the House Committe on Justic asked Jaybee Sebastian "Are you a government asset?" Sebastian responded by saying that "No your honor. Yan nga po gusto kong linawin dito," Sebastian answered.

According to Jaybee Sebastian "To be a government asset, I must sign papers. I never signed any papers," he said. The high-profile inmate who owns BTV-3, the only TV station inside the NBP said that Sen. De Lima put his life in danger when she announced on national TV that he was a government asset.

During the last hearing of the House Committee on Justice, it is clear that all the accusations against De Lima who used drug money to support her candidacy were confirmed by all the witnesses except former BuCor Chief Bucayo.
