Pres. Duterte: Employees Earning P25,000 and Below a Month Exempted from Paying Taxes

President-elect Rody Duterte wants to live by his promise as the Duterte administration announced during an interview with some media in Davao City that those who earned P25,000 and below a month would be exempted from paying taxes.



This is the very first time that an incoming President will make the ordinary working Juan de la Cruz extremely upbeat with the implementations of tax exemptions among Filipino laborers. The exemption would mean a very huge savings for ordinary workers who have been suffering in the increasing inflation of the Philippines.

Pres. Duterte has been vocal during the campaign period for exempting the lowest pay permitted by law from paying huge amount of taxes making their take home pay every month unable to support the family's primary needs.

According to the Duterte administration, they would put its priority on people and not on infrastructures. Pres. Duterte also pushed to charge exclusions among workers as well as the needs to increase the wages of instructors, policemen and fire fighters to empower them to render service without worrying about their money related circumstances.

Mayor Duterte became an instant hit on social media and became massively famous with the general Filipino population because of his intense position on wrongdoing straightforward style of administration which he already achieved in Davao City.
