President-Elect Mayor Rody Duterte Promised to Remove Provincial Rate

The President-elect of the national and local election, Mayor Rodrigo "Rody" Duterte promised to remove the provincial rate or the salaries of various provinces in the Philippines which is lower compared to the common salaries of workers living in the cities.




One of the main plans of Mayor Rody Dutete once elected as President, he promised to grow the Economy of the Philippines so that the millions of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW's) can go home in the near future.

According to Mayor Duterte, he believes that the skille Filipino workers is going abroad because the government didn't focus in giving them the right salary to sustain their lives.

In removing the provincial rate, Mayor Duterte stated that once the provincial rate for workers will stop the flooding of workers in Metro Manila.

Most netizens and supporters of Mayor Duterte believe that the removal of the Provincial Rate in the country, is the only solution to decongest Metro Manil and they are hoping that the provincial rate will be remove under the highly anticipated Duterte administration.

Removing the provincial salaries will also lessen the Filipino workers who forced to work overseas to get a higher salary.
