Cebu's Register of Deeds Caught Sleeping Went Viral on Social Media

A video is currently circulating online showing some employees of Cebu's Register of Deeds were allegedly caught sleeping while on the job became the hottest topic on various social media site. The video of the alleged incident was first posted on Facebook by some concerned citizens and now shared by thousands other Filipinos who saw the viral video.

Based upon the video posted online, the incident was shot at Cebu City's Registry of Deeds just recently showing some contradictions between the "No Noon Break" posted and the alleged sleeping incident inside the office of the Registry of Deeds in Cebu City. According to Pinoy Kingdom Facebook Page, who was one of the concerned FB group who posted the viral video noted that all government employees should be careful and even warned that they should stop before Mayor Duterte assumes office as President of the Republic. Some netizens suggested that the employees should try to sleep in their quarters if there is any and try to remove the "No Noonbreak Sign" when the plans to sleep during office hours.
